Alpha2Alpha is a US site that has been around for many years. It has a wealth of information and links.

The British Lung Foundation is the only UK charity that deals with all lung diseases and organises the Breathe Easy groups across the country.

Second Wind is a US based site for people who have had, or are thinking about having a lung transplant. You'll find most of your answers here. Great support.
